If you’re looking at OCCA because you’re local to Orange, take a look at McPherson — which is a k-8 magnet and also self-selects for involved parents because you have to apply to get in. Or look at some of the duel immersion programs (Fletcher for Mandarin, or Jordan for Spanish).
